The brunch and specialty coffee chain opens a location on the beachfront, featuring biophilic interior design and organic textures. The space aims to be a refuge from urban disconnection.

The Costa del Sol now has a new magnet for foodies and design lovers. Brunchit, the brand that revolutionised the brunch concept in Spain, has opened the doors to its latest establishment on the Fuengirola promenade, right by the sea. This is not your typical café: the venue aspires to become a sanctuary of slow living where conscious gastronomy meets a decor worthy of a design magazine.

An interior design that embraces Mediterranean light

The new Brunchit Fuengirola opts for warm minimalism, a trend that moves away from cold minimalism to seek warmth through noble materials. The colour palette—sand, beige, and terracotta tones—amplifies the natural light flooding in through the large windows. Solid wood tables, linen-upholstered benches, and rough-finished walls create an atmosphere that invites you to linger.

The main feature of the dining area is a lush central tree, the focal point of the biophilic design that connects the interior with the exterior. Built-in planters, fresh flowers in wall niches, and natural fibre lamps complete the scene. Everything is designed for diners to feel they are in an oasis, not a commercial space.

“We aimed to create a fluid dialogue between our urban essence and the heartbeat of the sea. Fuengirola deserved a space where time stands still,” explains the management of Brunchit.

Conscious gastronomy and a nod to social media

The menu retains the house classics: avocado toasts, bowls of exotic fruit, artisanal pastries, and vegan options, all paired with specialty coffee from selected farms. But the venue is not just for eating; it’s also for photographing. A golden neon sign with the slogan “MAKE IT EXTRAORDINARY” dominates the main wall, already becoming the favourite backdrop for influencers visiting the coast.

With this opening, Brunchit reinforces its commitment to expansion along the Spanish coast. The venue, located right on the promenade, joins those already established in Madrid, Barcelona, and other cities. For the residents of Fuengirola and tourists, it offers a different alternative to the usual beach bars and terraces: a space where design and food merge into a single experience.

A refuge for everyday life

The planned hours will span from early morning to late afternoon, with uninterrupted service. Ideal for a late breakfast, a light lunch, or a special afternoon tea. The management assures that the venue will operate year-round, not just in peak season, making it a meeting point for locals seeking a different plan even during the less busy tourist months.

In a promenade where traditional terraces abound, Brunchit arrives with the promise that each visit will indeed be extraordinary. Or at least, very Instagrammable.
