The Foreigners' Area of Mijas presents its programming for September and October, including a business networking event, informative talks, charity tables, the British Legion parade, and a conference on artificial intelligence.

The Councillor for Foreigners at the Town Hall of Mijas, Mario Bravo, presented this Thursday the programming for September and October from his department, which includes activities open to the public at various locations in the municipality.

The first event will be on 22nd September with the III International Business Networking Meeting of the Costa del Sol, which will take place at El Chaparral Golf Club starting at 18:00 hours. The price is 20 euros and tickets must be collected in advance by emailing sambusiness1st@gmail.com or calling 711 093 412.

On 26th and 30th September, from 11:00 to 14:00 hours, a charity table will be set up in front of the Tenencia de Alcaldía. The initiative will be repeated on 28th and 31st October. The proceeds will be donated to local charitable organisations.

On 29th September at 16:00 hours, an informative talk in English for foreign residents will take place at the Tenencia de Alcaldía de La Cala. Topics such as residency, annual declarations, pensions, and taxes will be discussed.

The traditional British Legion parade will return on 17th October, starting from La Butibamba park and marching through the central streets of La Cala.

One of the most notable activities will be the International Conference on AI, which will be conducted in English at CIOMijas on 23rd October from 9:00 to 14:00 hours. Attendees will learn how to integrate artificial intelligence into their businesses using established tools. Access is free, but space is limited and reservations must be made at frd@mijas.es before 20th October.
