International artist Juan Magán will perform on Saturday, August 22, at the Antequera fairgrounds, as part of a free programme that includes Decai, No Me Pises Que Llevo Chanclas, Falete, and Joana Jiménez.

The Real Feria de Agosto in Antequera has announced its musical programme for the 2026 edition. The Antequera City Council presented the lineup of free concerts that will take place from August 19 to 23 at the fairgrounds and Paseo Real on Wednesday. The mayor, Manolo Barón, and the deputy mayor for Major Festivities, Elena Melero, unveiled the details of a programme that aims for a variety of styles and the participation of renowned artists.

The highlight will come on Saturday, August 22, when Juan Magán, an internationally acclaimed artist and author of numerous popular hits, will take the stage at the fairgrounds starting at midnight. His performance is one of the most anticipated of this edition and promises to attract a large audience.

The fair will kick off on Wednesday, August 19, with Decai, a group celebrating its twentieth anniversary in flamenco pop. Their concert will take place at the fairgrounds starting at midnight. The following day, Thursday 20, it will be the turn of No Me Pises Que Llevo Chanclas, a band whose repertoire has accompanied several generations of audiences. They will perform at the same time and venue.

On Friday, August 21, a double feature is scheduled. In the afternoon, Raya Real will offer a concert at Paseo Real, as part of the Day Fair, featuring a repertoire of sevillanas, rumbas, and covers designed for the festive atmosphere. Later that night, the baton will pass to the fairgrounds, where El Duende Callejero will present their fresh and contemporary flamenco, starting at midnight.

The fair will close on Sunday, August 23, with Falete and Joana Jiménez, who will offer a show of copla and flamenco at the fairgrounds. Unlike the other days, this concert will not start at midnight but will begin once the traditional closing fireworks display of the fair concludes.

All concerts are free and open to the public. The Antequera City Council has highlighted that the programme aims to attract both locals and visitors, combining nationally and internationally renowned artists with local and provincial groups. The Real Feria de Agosto is one of the most important festive events on the Antequera calendar and attracts thousands of people each year.

Attendees are advised to check the schedules and locations of each concert, as well as the access rules for the fairgrounds. The fair will also feature booths, attractions, and activities for all audiences during the five days of celebration.
