The Lola Flores avenue in Puerto Banús will host the ninth edition of the Marbella Fashion Show on July 23 and 24, featuring fashion shows, an exhibition area, and activities.
The Marbella Fashion Show, organised by Nueva Moda Producciones in collaboration with the City Council and other entities, returns to its summer appointment in Puerto Banús. The ninth edition will take place on July 23 and 24 on Lola Flores avenue, with a programme that combines fashion shows, an exhibition area open to the public, and parallel activities.
Two days of catwalks with national and international brands
The catwalk will kick off on July 23 at 21:00 with collections from Romeo Couture, Btissam Dahane Couture, Malne, Allure Beldi, Susana Hidalgo, Podium Marbella, and Jorge Sánchez. The following day, at the same time, María Diezma, Hind Iraqui Caftan, Starlite Universe, and Esteban Freiría will present their collections.
Additionally, on July 24, the competition 'The Future of Design: Málaga de Moda 2026' will take place, where eight emerging designers will showcase their proposals. Brands associated with the Málaga de Moda label, which promotes local talent, will also participate in the catwalk.
Exhibition area and parallel activities
Between 18:00 and 23:30, the exhibition area will be open to the public, featuring participation from companies, artisans, brands, and projects in fashion, design, gastronomy, and creativity. A new addition is the association Conecta Radar with its Sunset Market Marbella project, comprising women entrepreneurs from the Costa del Sol's artisan sector.
The programme includes musical performances and the presentation of the Estrellas Costa del Sol awards (July 23) and The Future of Design Málaga de Moda 2026 (July 24).
Institutional support and local dynamism
The advisor for Resident Foreigners, Remedios Bocanegra, highlighted that the city will “once again be the venue for a consolidated event centred around creativity” and that these initiatives “help to energise the locality and strengthen its capacity to host national and international events.” Meanwhile, the territorial delegate for Culture and Sport of the Junta de Andalucía in Málaga, Carlos García, emphasised support for the fashion sector “due to its connection with Andalusian cultural identity and its contribution to job creation, economic activity, and the external projection of the community.”
The event director, María José González, detailed the presence of creators from both within and outside Spain. From Conecta Radar, Manuela Gómez noted that the collaboration “will allow visibility for between 15 and 20 fashion, jewellery, and artisan brands” in the exhibition area.
For the public in the province of Málaga, the Marbella Fashion Show is an opportunity to enjoy live fashion and discover the latest trends without leaving the Costa del Sol. The event is free and open to all, with evening hours to facilitate attendance.
