The Manilva Town Hall, together with Hidralia, is studying new connections and sanitation improvements to serve the new businesses arriving in Los Hidalgos.
The councillor for Infrastructure, Works and Urbanisations of Manilva, Marcos Ruiz, and the area director, Alejandro Medina, have met with the president of the macro-community of Los Hidalgos, its board of directors, and the administrator Gaemu to address the needs posed by the arrival of new companies and the opening of shops in this urbanisation.
During the meeting, the current shortcomings of the sanitation network and the new connections necessary to provide service to the businesses that are already setting up have been analysed. The aim, according to municipal sources, is to ensure orderly growth and adequate infrastructure for the new reality of the area.
Also participating in the meeting was Hidralia, the company responsible for water and sanitation management in the municipality, in order to coordinate actions and seek solutions that benefit both the new establishments and the residents of Los Hidalgos as a whole.
The Manilva Town Hall emphasises the importance of this public-private collaboration so that the urbanisation can absorb the emerging economic activity without compromising basic services. It is expected that in the coming weeks, the technical actions and execution timelines will be specified.
Residents of the area will see improvements in sanitation and connections, which will facilitate the integration of new shops and prevent saturation issues in the existing network.
