The city of Málaga will enjoy a stable and sunny day this Saturday, July 4, with temperatures reaching 30 degrees and no risk of rain. Gusts of wind will blow strongly throughout the day.

This Saturday, July 4, Málaga will wake up to completely clear skies and a temperature around 23 degrees in the early hours. According to the State Meteorological Agency, the maximum forecast for the day is 30 degrees, a figure that invites enjoying the beach or a stroll through the historic centre.

Unrelenting Sun and Easterly Wind

The probability of rain is 0% throughout the day, so no surprises are expected. Cloud cover will be practically non-existent, with 0% coverage during the central hours, although some high clouds will appear in the evening that will not spoil the good weather.

However, those who go outside will notice a moderate wind. Gusts could reach 37 kilometres per hour during the day, especially in coastal areas. At night, the wind will ease to 28 km/h, but will still be noticeable.

The ultraviolet radiation index will soar to 11, a very high figure. Experts recommend maximum sun protection, especially between 12:00 and 16:00, and avoiding prolonged sun exposure without protection.

A Warm and Pleasant Night

As the sun sets, temperatures will drop to 23 degrees, a figure that guarantees a mild night, ideal for dining on a terrace or taking a stroll by the port. Cloud cover will increase slightly to 21%, but with no risk of precipitation.

For the residents of the capital, this Saturday presents a perfect opportunity for outdoor plans. Thermometers will remain at very manageable values, far from the peaks of extreme heat that sometimes accompany Málaga's summer.

However, the terral, that dry and warm wind so characteristic of Málaga, is not expected for this day. When it blows, it can drive temperatures up to 44 degrees, but for now, the city is spared from that phenomenon.

A Climate that Invites Going Out

With an annual average of 18.5 degrees and more than 300 sunny days a year, Málaga is a destination that rarely disappoints in summer. Rainfall is concentrated in just 42 days a year, mainly between November and January, so in July, the sun is the absolute ruler.

For those who want to make the most of the day, the forecast is unbeatable: beach, mountains, or simply a coffee outdoors. The easterly wind, however, may be a bit bothersome on the coast, but not enough to ruin the plan.

In short, a Saturday that makes one glad to live in Málaga. Just remember to have sunscreen handy and a thermos of cool water, as the sun does not forgive even in the capital of the Costa del Sol.
