The Culture Area of the Town Hall of Rincón de la Victoria has opened the pre-registration period for the Municipal Workshops of Music and Dance, Art and Drawing, and Reading Animation for the 2026/27 course, with over a hundred places available for children, youth, and adults.

The Culture Area of the Town Hall of Rincón de la Victoria has opened the pre-registration period for the Municipal Workshops of Music and Dance, Art and Drawing, and Reading Animation for the 2026/27 course. The offer exceeds a hundred places and is aimed at children, youth, and adults.

The Councillor for Culture, Paz Couto, explained that the programme caters to "the different interests and ages of our citizens, with proposals that cover disciplines such as music and dance, art and drawing, and reading animation."

The mayor, Francisco Salado, pointed out the importance of continuing to promote accessible and close educational and cultural programming, which offers our residents the opportunity to learn, develop their skills, and share experiences through various artistic disciplines.

The Music and Dance workshops will be held at the Benagalbón Folklore Centre and will include classes in piano, guitar, and drums, jazz and wind/percussion groups, modern dance, and aeroflamenco. The programme may incorporate other modalities depending on demand and identified needs.

Art and Drawing workshops for children, youth, and adults will also take place at the same centre, with content adapted to each age and level.

The Reading Animation workshops are free and will be held at the Benagalbón Folklore Centre on Mondays and Tuesdays, and on Thursdays in rotation at the municipal libraries.

Each workshop has specific pre-registration deadlines and places are limited. Interested individuals must fill out the form available on the municipal website (rincondelavictoria.es, in the Culture, Fairs and Festivals section) and send it via email to the Culture Area, deliver it in person to the area itself, or complete it using the QR code that accompanies the information for each activity.

The councillor also reported that the Municipal Theatre School is in the bidding process and that the Town Hall will soon provide information about the procedure and registration once it is completed.

For more information, the Culture Area can be reached at the phone number 951 501 098.
