Rincón de la Victoria Town Hall will set up an Electoral Census Consultation and claims service from October 12 to 19, inclusive, for the General Elections on November 29, 2026.
The Rincón de la Victoria Town Hall has announced the launch of an Electoral Census Consultation and claims service, if applicable, ahead of the General Elections on November 29, 2026. The service will be located in the Department of Statistics, Residents Register and Municipal Census of the Town Hall.
The consultation period will last for eight days, from October 12 to 19, inclusive, in accordance with Article 24 of the Organic Law of the General Electoral Regime (LOREG). The census available for consultation includes both that of Spaniards residing in the municipality (CER) and that of Spaniards residing abroad (CERA).
Consultations can be made in person, by phone, or telematically. They will be individual and will require prior identification of the requesting person with ID card, Passport or Driving Licence, as per Article 85.1 of the Electoral Law.
On Monday, October 12, a national holiday, the service will be available from 9:00 to 13:00 hours, with direct in-person assistance at the Municipal Census and phone assistance at 951 500 311 and 637 899 493.
From Tuesday, October 13 to Friday, October 16, the hours will be from 8:30 to 14:00 hours. In-person consultations will be attended at the Cadastral Information Point (PIC) and then moved to the Census; phone consultations will be managed through the switchboard at 952 402 300 and also referred to the Census.
On Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, the service will be available from 9:00 to 13:00 hours, both in person at the Municipal Census and by phone at 951 500 311 and 637 899 493.
The last day will be Monday, October 19, from 8:30 to 14:00 hours. In-person consultations will initially be attended at the PIC and then moved to the Census; phone consultations will be received at the switchboard (952 402 300) and passed to the Census.
Additionally, the Rincón de la Victoria Town Hall will enable INE consultation via telematic means at https://sede.ine.gob.es/censo_electores and by phone at 901 101 900 and 900 343 232.
