The Palacio de la Paz in Fuengirola will host the performance of the comedy 'A Marriage Without Filters' on Saturday 14 November at 20:00, starring Marta Hazas and Javier Veiga. This was announced on Friday by the councillor for Culture, Rodrigo Romero, as part of the theatrical programming maintained by the Fuengirola City Council.
The play tells the story of Marga and Jaime, a couple who, after 15 years together, decide to separate. They both believe they can rebuild their lives separately without too many problems, as they have no children, pets, or shared car. The conflict arises when neither wants to leave the house they share, turning what seemed like an amicable breakup into a series of accusations and arguments.
The production addresses, with humour, common issues in relationships, such as love, cohabitation, breakups, and dependence on mobile phones. Marta Hazas plays Marga and Javier Veiga portrays Jaime in a proposal designed for the audience to recognise themselves in the small domestic battles of everyday life.
Tickets are priced from 15 euros and can be purchased on the website entradas.fuengirola.es. They are also available in person at the information point of the Centro Comercial Miramar, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 18:00.
