The 'King of Reggaeton' will be the first confirmed act for the twelfth edition of the festival. It will be his only concert in Andalucía.
The concert venue in Fuengirola announced this Tuesday the first major name for its upcoming edition. Don Omar will perform at Marenostrum Fuengirola on July 16, 2027 as part of his 'The Last King World Tour 2027', a show that will stop in the Málaga town as the only stop in Andalucía.
The Puerto Rican artist, considered a key figure in the global expansion of reggaeton, will present a repertoire on the Fuengirola stage that includes anthems such as 'Danza Kuduro', 'Dale Don Dale', 'Salió El Sol', and 'Bandoleros'. The festival's organisation highlights that this tour represents "a new stage" in the singer's career.
Tickets for this concert will go on presale on August 4 at 12:00 PM. To access this early purchase, interested parties must register in advance on the artist's official website, where they will receive a personal code that will allow them to participate in the sale.
Don Omar's performance at Marenostrum Fuengirola will be the only one he offers in Andalucía during 2027, a fact that the organisation expects will generate great anticipation among his followers throughout the region. The festival, thus celebrating its twelfth edition, continues its commitment to line-ups that combine established artists with emerging proposals.
"The king of reggaeton will visit the Fuengirola stage in his only concert in Andalucía," the event organisers state.
William Omar Landrón Rivera, the artist's real name, has sold millions of records worldwide and is recognised for his role in popularising the Latin urban genre. For the audience on the Costa del Sol, this event represents an opportunity to see a music legend live without leaving the province.
General ticket sales, if available after the presale, will open later through the festival's usual channels. Interested parties can check all the information on the official Marenostrum Fuengirola website.
