The City Council of Ronda participates in IFTM Top Resa, in Paris, to strengthen its position in the French market. The municipal delegation will hold meetings with travel agencies and tour operators and will focus on the Tajo Gorge Path.

The Councillor for Tourism of Ronda, Ángel Martínez, has announced the municipality's presence at the IFTM Top Resa fair in Paris, one of the main events in the tourism sector in France. The action is carried out through the municipal company Turismo de Ronda, S. A.

The objective, according to the councillor, is to "promote the destination and strengthen its positioning in the French market." The participation is part of the international promotion strategy that the council has been developing.

"It will allow us to hold working meetings with travel agencies, tour operators, and professionals in the tourism sector in order to showcase the city's offer and generate new opportunities for collaboration and marketing," Martínez stated.

The Ronda delegation will emphasize historical and cultural heritage, gastronomy, nature, and experiences linked to the Tajo landscape. In this regard, the opening of the second phase of the Tajo Gorge Path and the offer of the complete route through the bottom of the gorge stand out.

The municipal official has also highlighted the usefulness of the fair for gaining firsthand knowledge of French demand: "Being at this fair will also allow us to understand the trends and demands of the French market, identify new promotional opportunities, and establish contacts that can help increase Ronda's visibility among French professionals."

IFTM Top Resa brings together agencies, tour operators, and other sector players in Paris each year. Ronda's presence focuses on attracting French visitors and consolidating commercial relationships with intermediaries from the neighbouring country.
