The Benalmádena Marina will host the XXIII Underwater Ecological Day on Saturday, November 7, as part of the II Sustainable Day. The initiative will bring together around 60 divers and 20 volunteers, who will remove waste from the seabed of the port facilities with the support of two boats.
The organization is managed by the Benalmádena Marina and the Benalmádena Diving Club. According to the port councillor, José Luis Bergillos, during the presentation of the event, the day collaborates with the Spanish Federation of Underwater Activities (FEDAS), the Andalusian Federation of Underwater Activities (FAAS), the Official College of Biologists of Andalusia, and the Andalusian Maritime Cluster.
