The shopping centres McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Málaga and Plaza Mayor are hosting the first edition of Dog Fest this weekend, featuring workshops on yoga, dog baking, and dog education, among other activities.
Dog lovers have an appointment this weekend at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Málaga and Plaza Mayor, where the first Dog Fest is taking place, as reported by Diario Sur. The initiative will bring together proposals for well-being, education, and animal care over the two days, alongside leisure activities for the whole family.
Each day will kick off at 10:00 AM with a dog yoga session, combining movement, relaxation, and shared dynamics between participants and their pets. At 12:00 PM, there will be a workshop on dog baking to prepare a recipe designed for dogs.
In the afternoon, at 6:00 PM, a canine education workshop will take place, providing guidelines to improve cohabitation, enhance communication, and address questions about animal behaviour.
The programme at McArthurGlen will also include personalised illustrations, a Dog City pop-up, dog grooming, and a scavenger hunt around the centre. Members of the McArthurGlen Club will receive a gift for their pet and a bag of Acana dog food.
The event will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (activities start at 10:00, 12:00, and 6:00). Entry is free and does not require prior registration, although some activities may have limited capacity.
