Camela, Cali and El Dandee, Salistre, and María del Monte will perform during the main days of the Real Feria de San Miguel, which will take place from 29 September to 4 October. Only the Camela concert will require a ticket, priced at 5 euros.

The Real Feria de San Miguel in Vélez-Málaga has now outlined its musical programme. The councillor for Popular Traditions, Lourdes Piña, announced this Tuesday the main performances for the key days, which will be held from 29 September to 4 October.

The opening will be on Tuesday 29 September, the feast day of San Miguel, with the official proclamation in the Plaza de la Constitución by Sergio Pérez ‘El Cindindi’. That same night, the group Requiebros will provide music for the inaugural day.

On Wednesday 30 September, the official tent at the fairgrounds will host the traditional Certamen Amparo Muñoz, a day that will inaugurate the Night Fair with the selection of the Official Handsome Men in the children's and youth categories.

The Day Fair will run from Thursday 1 to Sunday 4 October, with performances spread across various stages in the centre and a strong presence of local groups. The councillor emphasised this street character: “Our fair is experienced in the fairgrounds, but also, and in a very special way, in the streets of Vélez-Málaga.”

The musical section will continue on Thursday 1 October with Camela in the official tent. It will be the only paid concert in the main programme, with tickets priced at 5 euros going on sale this Wednesday 16 September at the Vélez-Málaga and Torre del Mar Tourism offices.

On Friday 2 October, Cali and El Dandee will perform, and on Saturday 3, it will be Salistre’s turn. The closing event on Sunday 4 October will include the traditional Cena del Mayor and Children’s Day, with a mini fair daily on Calle Canalejas. The music of María del Monte will provide the final touch.

The councillor noted that these performances are only “a part” of a broader programme, which will be revealed in the coming days through the official channels of the Town Hall and social media. Brotherhoods, groups, and dance academies will participate in the streets during the four days of the Day Fair.
