The Nerja Town Hall opens this Wednesday the period to apply for the temporary occupation of three plots at the Fairgrounds of the Huertos de Carabeo, one of which is for a horse booth. Applications can be submitted until Tuesday, September 22.
Individuals and entities interested in setting up a booth at the Nerja Fair 2026 can now prepare their application. The period opens this Wednesday and will last until Tuesday, September 22, as reported by the Councillor for Major Festivities, Elena Gálvez.
The Nerja Town Hall is putting out to tender the temporary authorization for the occupation of three plots located in the Fairgrounds of the Huertos de Carabeo. One of the three booths will be of the horse type. The fair will take place from October 8 to 12.
Applications must be accompanied by the required documentation as stated in the guidelines and can be submitted through three channels: the Entry Registry, the Electronic Headquarters of the Nerja Town Hall, or the SARA Network. The allocation of the plots will be made according to those guidelines, published on the Virtual Board of the Electronic Headquarters and on the municipal website, where the requirements, necessary documents, and evaluation criteria are detailed.

Gálvez has encouraged local entities to participate in the process and contribute to the festive atmosphere with their booths. The deadline for submitting documentation ends on September 22 and the complete guidelines are available on the Electronic Headquarters and the Nerja Town Hall website.
