Suomi Square in the Los Pacos neighbourhood will debut as a venue for Noche Viva Fuengirola, which will take place on Saturday, August 1. The performance by the group Los Cenacheros is scheduled for 10:00 PM.

Suomi Square, located in the Los Pacos neighbourhood, is joining this year as one of the venues for Noche Viva Fuengirola, the summer event that annually fills the streets of the city with activities. The event will take place next Saturday, August 1, starting at 8:00 PM, featuring a programme that includes music, sports, culture, and leisure for all ages.

The councillor responsible for the Los Pacos neighbourhood and deputy mayor of Los Boliches, Rosa Ana Bravo, has announced this new addition. In her statement, Bravo detailed that the musical group Los Cenacheros will perform in Suomi Square starting at ten o'clock in the evening, turning this space into a new meeting point for residents and visitors.

“The inclusion of Suomi Square allows us to continue bringing Noche Viva to all neighbourhoods of the city, offering new leisure proposals for both residents and those visiting us during the summer,” the councillor emphasised.

In addition to the musical performance, Noche Viva Fuengirola continues its commitment to sports. Pedro Cuevas Square in Los Boliches will once again be the epicentre of sports activities, featuring demonstrations and workshops of inline hockey, functional training, Zumba, calisthenics, skateboarding, and table football, among other disciplines. All of these are designed for people of any age to participate.

The complete programme for Noche Viva Fuengirola 2026 is already available on the Fuengirola City Council website. The council encourages citizens to consult the programme to plan their route through the various spaces and not miss any of the offerings.

With this new location, the Fuengirola City Council aims to decentralise the summer leisure offerings and give prominence to the neighbourhoods. Suomi Square thus joins other emblematic points in the city that will host activities during the night of August 1.

Noche Viva Fuengirola has established itself as one of the most anticipated events of the summer on the Costa del Sol, combining live music, outdoor sports, and cultural proposals in a festive and family-friendly atmosphere. This year's edition promises to be especially participatory, with the involvement of neighbourhood associations and local groups.

The residents of Los Pacos have enthusiastically welcomed the news that their square will be one of the venues. The performance by Los Cenacheros, a well-known cover band in the province, will be the highlight of the night in this neighbourhood. It is expected that the event will attract a large audience, both residents and visitors who come to enjoy the summer atmosphere.

To facilitate access, the City Council recommends the use of public transport and reminds that there will be designated parking areas nearby. Entry to all activities is free.
