The measure, promoted by Fuensocial with the City Council and the fairground operators, allows minors with functional diversity and a companion to avoid queues at the attractions. Blue wristbands are distributed at the Fuensocial headquarters.
People with functional diversity will have preferential access to the children's attractions at the Feria del Rosario in Fuengirola. The initiative, now in its third year, is driven by Fuensocial together with the City Council of Fuengirola and the fairground entrepreneurs. The aim is to facilitate the participation of all families and avoid situations of overload due to waiting times.
To benefit, minors must wear a blue wristband that Fuensocial distributes at its headquarters on calle Blanca Paloma, from 9:00 to 14:00 hours. This identification allows the minor and a companion to access without the usual queues.
The Councillor for Fiestas, Isabel Moreno, has stated that the Feria del Rosario is one of the largest in Andalusia and that they want it to remain inclusive.
“This initiative, which we are launching together with Fuensocial for the third consecutive year, allows those who need it and their families to have preferential access to the attractions”
Moreno explained that the measure is designed to avoid stress or sensory overload from long waits, and has asked for understanding from other users.
The representative of Fuensocial, Alicia Gómez, has thanked the City Council for its collaboration and highlighted that for these individuals, the fair can represent an auditory and visual overload.

Additionally, the Quiet Hour is maintained at the attractions, every day from 17:00 to 18:00 hours, with reduced noise levels so that children with functional diversity, especially those with autism spectrum disorder, can enjoy in better conditions.
The Councillor for Families, Equality and Social Welfare, Cristina Bornao, has emphasized that the City Council works with community groups to move towards more inclusive festivities.
The blue wristbands can be requested at the Fuensocial headquarters, located on calle Blanca Paloma, from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
