The Nerja Plenary unanimously approves the land mutation that transfers the electrical transformation centre of the new health centre to the Andalusian Health Service. The mayor, José Alberto Armijo, has signed the agreement following the plenary decision.

The Nerja City Council Plenary, in an extraordinary session, has unanimously approved the subjective land mutation agreement that transfers the ownership of the Andalusian Health Service (SAS) for the electrical transformation centre intended for the new health centre in the locality. Following the approval, the mayor, José Alberto Armijo, has signed the agreement with the SAS.

The request had been made by the Health Delegation of the Junta de Andalucía through the East Málaga-Axarquía Health Management Area on September 1. The mayor has stated that, since the request was received,
