The City Council of Ronda and UNED are expanding in-person tutorials in the city with the second year of the Early Childhood Education degree starting from the 26/27 academic year. The venue, at the San Francisco Civic Centre, will debut improvements in computer equipment.

The UNED will offer in-person tutorials for the second year of the Early Childhood Education degree in Ronda starting from the 26/27 academic year. This was announced by the mayor, Mari Paz Fernández; the director of UNED in Málaga, Luis Grau; and the councillor for Universities, Margarita Pavía.

This offer adds to the first-year tutorials of the same degree and access to university for those over 25 and to UNED for those over 45. The Ronda venue is located in the San Francisco Civic Centre, where the City Council plans improvements in computer equipment for the upcoming academic year.

“It is an opportunity for growth, to study at a public university like UNED, a quality university,” said Fernández, who indicated that the City Council will continue working with the institution: “We will keep expanding the studies.”

Grau emphasised that UNED has nearly 250,000 students in the 25/26 academic year and does not require a minimum grade to access its 32 university degrees. The UNED representative in Málaga reminded that registration allows students to follow tutorials online without leaving home and thanked the City Council for its involvement in growing in Ronda.

Pavía focused on students who have completed the higher vocational training in Early Childhood Education at the Pérez de Guzmán Institute: upon enrolling in UNED, many subjects will be recognised.
