The hotel of the Palladium brand will host a schedule featuring gourmet cuisine, live music, and privileged views of the Fire Night from August 15 to 22.

Only YOU Hotel Málaga has presented the programme with which it will once again join the Málaga Fair. Between August 15 and 22, the establishment of Palladium Hotel Group's premium lifestyle brand will become one of the meeting points of the Central Fair, offering a combination of gourmet cuisine, cocktails, flamenco, and live music.

The proposal kicks off on August 14 with the traditional Fire Night, which can be viewed from the heights of the hotel. On the seventh floor, the newly opened Sonora Sky & Bites will offer an exclusive menu by executive chef Pedro Hervás, featuring dishes such as confit leeks with burrata stracciatella, romesco, and pine nut vinaigrette; pan-fried fideuá with prawns, squid, and crispy vegetables; or glazed beef cheek in its own juice with potato parmentier.

For those who prefer a livelier atmosphere, Lolita Skyview Pool & Lounge, the hotel's iconic rooftop, will offer signature cocktails, a cocktail-format gastronomic proposal, and live flamenco, with panoramic 360-degree views over Málaga. One of the best perspectives to welcome the Fair from one of the city's most iconic rooftops.

Both experiences will be available between 21:00 and 23:30 and will require prior reservation through the hotel's website. The initiative aims to bring travellers and locals closer to the essence of the city, combining Málaga's tradition with the design and style that define the brand.

With this programme, Only YOU Hotel Málaga reinforces its commitment to integrating into the festive calendar of the capital, offering an alternative to experience the Fair from a different perspective, without giving up the authenticity of one of the most anticipated celebrations of the summer.
