The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) forecasts clear skies and temperatures between 23 and 31 degrees in Estepona this Sunday, with easterly winds.

Temperatures in Estepona will reach nearly 31 degrees this Sunday, according to the latest prediction from the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET). The day will be completely clear, with no clouds in sight, ideal for beach or terrace plans.

Temperatures will range from a low of 23 degrees, expected at 11:00 PM, to a high of 31 degrees, predicted for 6:00 PM. The wind will blow from the east, with moderate intensity, which will help cool the atmosphere during the central hours of the day.

Monday and Tuesday: Summer Consolidates

The good weather will continue on Monday, with equally clear skies and very similar temperatures: the maximum will reach 32 degrees and the minimum will remain at 23. The wind will shift to the southeast but will remain light.

On Tuesday, there will be no significant changes. AEMET predicts a stable day, with maximums of 33 degrees and minimums of 23. The wind, from the southeast, will remain gentle. In summary, three full days of summer for Estepona residents and visitors.

“Atmospheric stability will be the general trend during the weekend and the start of next week along the Malaga coast,” AEMET sources indicate.

Tips for Enjoying the Heat Safely

With these temperatures, the Estepona Town Hall reminds the importance of staying well-hydrated, avoiding sun exposure during the central hours of the day, and protecting the youngest and oldest. The beaches of the municipality, such as La Rada or El Cristo, will be bustling with umbrellas and towels.

For those who prefer the interior, the terraces in the city centre and the Marina will offer a respite with their awnings and sea breezes. And be aware, as temperatures will rise a couple of degrees more on Monday and Tuesday, so it’s best to prepare the fan and sunscreen.
