CAB Estepona has defined the coaching staff that will accompany César Aneas in his second season in Liga Femenina Endesa, with new additions in physical preparation, physiotherapy, and psychological support thanks to the sponsorship of Impulso 360.

CAB Estepona has secured the working group that will guide the team in its second year at the elite level of Spanish women's basketball. With ten players already confirmed, the club has announced the technical structure that will be led by César Aneas, featuring several familiar faces and the incorporation of professionals through their new sponsor, Impulso 360.

Local assistant duo

Rocío Pérez will return as Aneas's assistant, maintaining the trust of the coaching staff after last season. Alongside her will be José Ramos, who returns to the first team after managing the reserve team last season. Both coaches know the club's youth system, which will facilitate the transition of young talents to the first team.

For the Catalan coach, having a staff that knows the club is key: "Rocío and José are two professionals who bring work and knowledge of the club. Their experience will be fundamental for the day-to-day operations," Aneas stated in the official announcement.

Physical preparation and rehabilitation, from Impulso 360

Eduardo Borrego will be the team's physical trainer, while Samuel de los Santos will handle rehabilitation and physiotherapy. De los Santos had previously worked at the club, although last season he was in football. His return strengthens the injury recovery area, a critical aspect in a season with double competition.

The agreement with Impulso 360 has also allowed for the incorporation of Noelia Masiá as a nutritionist and Paula González as a sports psychologist. Both will not be with the team daily but will provide guidelines and personalised follow-up for the players. "Nutrition and the mind are two pillars that are often neglected. With these profiles, we are making a leap in quality," Aneas explained.

A complete staff for a demanding season

Rafa Toscano will continue as the team's delegate, a key piece in the day-to-day logistics. The Estepona club faces a historic season, as in addition to Liga Femenina Endesa, they will compete for the first time in the Eurocup Women. The double competition requires a large and well-coordinated human group.

CAB Estepona, which plays in the top tier of Spanish women's basketball, has been shaping its squad with established players and young talents. The management is confident that this coaching staff, with the backing of Impulso 360, will enable the team to compete at the highest level both in Spain and in Europe.

For local fans, this news guarantees continuity and professionalisation. The club maintains its commitment to homegrown coaches and strengthens areas that make a difference in sports performance. Pre-season will begin in the coming weeks, with the first official match scheduled for the end of September.
