The Town Hall of Torremolinos opens from October 1 to 22 the period to apply for aid of up to 70 euros for the exam fees of official language certifications. Young people aged 16 to 35 registered in the municipality can apply.
Young people from Torremolinos aged 16 to 35 registered in the municipality can apply from October 1 until October 22, 2026 for the aid called by the Education delegation of the Town Hall to cover the exam fees of official language certifications. The maximum amount is 70 euros per beneficiary and the initial budget for the call amounts to 3,500 euros.
The aid covers levels B1, B2, C1, and C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in English, French, German, Spanish, or Chinese. Those who have obtained the official certification between November 13, 2025, and October 22, 2026 may qualify, provided they meet the requirements of the call.
Applications can be submitted electronically at the Electronic Headquarters of the Town Hall or in person at the General Registry and the Education delegation, located at the Isabel Manoja Community Development Centre, as well as at any of the registries provided for in the regulations. Each application must be accompanied by the required documentation.

The City Council has indicated that these subsidies aim to facilitate language learning among the young population and improve their academic and employment opportunities.
