The Marbella Fashion Show kicks off this Thursday in Puerto Banús with the support of the Diputación de Málaga, which promotes a competition parade for new designers under the brand 'Málaga de Moda, Talento Original'.
Puerto Banús hosts the ninth edition of the Marbella Fashion Show from this Thursday, a key event in the Andalusian fashion calendar that has the backing of the Diputación de Málaga. The event takes place over two days on Lola Flores Avenue and brings together established designers, emerging brands, and industry professionals.
The deputy for Sustainable Economic Development and head of Málaga de Moda, Esperanza González, has highlighted the provincial institution's commitment to the textile sector through the promotional brand 'Málaga de Moda, Talento Original'. She explained that this platform aims to enhance the visibility of designers and companies in the province, fostering their growth and projection.
One of the new features of this edition is the new talent competition parade 'The Future of Design: Málaga de Moda 2026', an initiative promoted by the Diputación to provide opportunities for emerging creators. Additionally, there will be a parade by Teresa Perujo, the winner of the 2025 edition, showcasing her collection.
The event is not limited to the runway. Between 18:00 and 23:30, there will be an exhibition area featuring brands associated with Málaga de Moda, such as Julieth and AV Verdú, Magali Villanueva, Llyubasha Kyleshko, Lily's Secret, Allure Beldi, Grupo Qantima, Sikkim, Cab-ron, Jamones Popi, illustrator Alba Moreno, and Conecta Radar. This space combines fashion, design, craftsmanship, gastronomy, and entrepreneurship, promoting collaboration between businesses and local talent.
The programme also includes musical performances by singer and DJ Stefanía Pinyagina and cellist Bibi Cello, adding an artistic component to the event.
The parade schedule kicks off this Thursday at 21:00 with Romeo Couture, Btissam Dahane Couture, Malne, Allure Beldi, Susana Hidalgo, and Jorge Sánchez. On Friday, at the same time, María Diezma, Hind Iraqui Caftan, Starlite Universe, Esteban Freiría, and Podium Marbella will take to the runway. Following them will be the new talent competition and Teresa Perujo's parade, followed by the associated brands: Sofía Santini, Susana Zamora, Inma de la Riva, and Julieth.
For attendees, the event represents an opportunity to discover the latest trends and support local talent in a privileged setting like Puerto Banús. Entry to the exhibition area is free, and the parades are open to the public.
