Estepona celebrates the 25th anniversary of the saga with an exhibition on Terraza street, open until midnight. Starting at 8 PM, a magical parade will traverse the city centre, and the Ciudad de Jaén Symphony Band will perform a concert in the Plaza del Reloj.
The magic of Harry Potter fills the streets of Estepona this Friday with a special programme organised by the Town Hall, in collaboration with the Unicorn Association, to mark the 25th anniversary of the premiere in Spain of 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone'.
Throughout the day, until midnight, visitors can explore an exhibition on Terraza street featuring life-sized characters and creatures, such as Harry Potter, the Troll, and the Thestral. The display is complemented by several stands dedicated to materials and merchandise from the saga.
The day continues at 8 PM with a 'Harry Potter Magical Parade' that will depart from the Orchid Botanical Park and wind through the city centre to the Plaza del Reloj. At 9 PM, in the same location, the Ciudad de Jaén Symphony Band will perform live pieces from the film soundtracks.
The programme will conclude tomorrow, September 5, with a day of board games set in the Harry Potter universe at the Centro Cultural Padre Manuel, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Participation will be free and on a first-come, first-served basis, with rotation among ten games such as Ludo, Dobble, Trivial, Brain Box, and Strike.
This initiative turns Estepona into a meeting point for fans of the saga, with activities designed for family enjoyment.
