The Estepona Town Hall will show its support for Ceuta by illuminating several public buildings tonight and tomorrow in the colours of its flag. Additionally, tomorrow the flag of Ceuta will be raised on the façade of the Town Hall.

The Estepona Town Hall has announced that tonight and tomorrow it will illuminate some of the main public buildings in the city with the colours of the Ceuta flag, as a show of support and solidarity with the sister city, which has been going through a complicated situation for over a month.

Tomorrow, the flag of Ceuta will be raised on the façade of the Town Hall, where it will fly alongside the flags of Spain, Andalucía, and Estepona. The flag of Ceuta will remain at the Town Hall until a solution is found for the serious situation faced by the autonomous city.

The Estepona government team wants to publicly convey its closeness and support to the residents of Ceuta, a city with which Estepona has a special relationship due to its ties of brotherhood. In times of difficulty, the bonds between sister cities take on special meaning, as the Town Hall has pointed out.
