The raffle of two new family homes in Cuevas del Becerro, valued at 180,000 euros each, will take place this Friday at 11:00 AM at the Notary Office of Amelia Marín García. Each winner will also receive a cheque for 20,000 euros to furnish the house.
The two new family homes being raffled in Cuevas del Becerro have a date set to meet their owners. This Friday, 2nd October, starting at 11:00 AM, the Notary Office of Amelia Marín García, located at number 5 on Hilera Street, will host the procedure to determine the two winning numbers, as reported by Diario Sur.
Each of the houses is valued at 180,000 euros and features around one hundred square meters distributed over three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a balcony, air conditioning, and a private patio. The winners will also receive a cheque for 20,000 euros to furnish their new home, and the taxes and costs arising from the transfer will be covered by the raffle promoters.
The tickets were sold at a price of ten euros online since mid-July. The initiative, promoted by the Malaga architectural firm Arkipromo, has the authorization of the General Directorate of Gaming Regulation.
The homes have been built by the company La Cueveña, based in the municipality itself, and their delivery is scheduled for 5th October, coinciding with World Habitat Day and close to the international day dedicated to the right to housing.
The raffle can be followed live via SUR.es from the notary's office, where the two winning numbers will be announced.
