Málaga CF presented its 2026/27 prematch shirt on Tuesday, which once again features the logo of the Nerja Cave Foundation. The Mayor of Nerja, José Alberto Armijo, participated in the event.

Málaga CF now has its kit for the warm-ups for the 2026/27 season, and the image of the Nerja Cave will once again be present on it. The Mayor of Nerja and Vice President of the Nerja Cave Foundation, José Alberto Armijo, took part in the presentation of the prematch shirt, which maintains the collaboration that began two years ago between the entity and the club.

The logo of the Public Services Foundation of the Nerja Cave will occupy a prominent place on the garment that players will wear before each official match in La Liga, the category to which the Málaga team returns this season.

Armijo highlighted the value of this agreement as a demonstration of the municipality's commitment to Málaga sports and, in particular, to Málaga CF.

“This season is especially exciting and a source of pride for all Málaga residents, with the return of Málaga to La Liga,” said the mayor, who conveyed the best wishes of the people of Nerja to the club and its fans.

At the event, the mayor was accompanied by the judicial administrator of Málaga CF, José María Muñoz, and the club's general director, Kike Pérez. Also present were the president of the Nerja Cave Foundation, Javier Salas; the provincial deputy of Málaga, Nieves Atencia, representing Francisco Salado, second vice president of the Foundation and president of the Provincial Council; and the manager of the Foundation, José María Domínguez.

The collaboration between the Foundation and Málaga CF is thus renewed for the third consecutive season, consolidating an alliance that brings the main tourist attraction of Nerja closer to the top competition in Spanish football.

The prematch shirt will be available in the club's official stores, and fans will see it for the first time in the first home match of the season at La Rosaleda.
