Dr. Claudio de Paulis leads three free round tables at the San Zoilo Municipal Library, the first this Tuesday at 7:00 PM on healthy longevity. The following dates will be November 24, 2026, and January 26, 2027.
The San Zoilo Municipal Library in Antequera hosts the "Caring for You" round table series starting this Tuesday, an initiative by Dr. Claudio de Paulis that will bring three free meetings to the city focusing on health, well-being, and lifestyle habits. The first session takes place today at 7:00 PM.
The programme is promoted by the Culture department of the Antequera City Council, led by José Medina Galeote. The councillor has presented a series aimed at creating a space for conversation with residents about active aging, emotional health, and access to reliable information.
This Tuesday's event is titled "Healthy Longevity and Maturity: The Art of Adding Life to Years". It will address neuroplasticity, life purpose, and daily habits as tools for an active life in maturity, as well as challenge myths that associate aging with passivity.
The second meeting will be on November 24, 2026, also at 7:00 PM, titled "What is True Well-Being? Beyond the Absence of Disease". This session will discuss health from a holistic perspective, focusing on emotional dimensions and the ability to face daily challenges regardless of age or physical condition.
The series will conclude on January 26, 2027 with "How to Manage My Health Without Deception: Learning to Care for Ourselves Seriously". This round table will provide guidelines for distinguishing scientifically backed health information from the misinformation circulating on the internet and social media, and will remind attendees of basic care that is often overlooked.
"Caring for you is the first step to living better"
Claudio de Paulis is a doctor with over thirty years of experience and has recently moved to Antequera. He is the author of the book 5 Minutes to See the Obvious. The three round tables are free to access and are designed as an open conversation with attendees.
All sessions will take place at 7:00 PM in the San Zoilo Municipal Library.
