The RFEF has published the schedule for Group 2 of Primera Federación for the 2026/27 season. Antequera CF and Juventud de Torremolinos will start the league on August 30.

Spanish football now knows the dates for the 2026/27 season in the third tier. The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) revealed on Tuesday the complete schedule for Group 2 of Primera Federación, where two teams from the province of Málaga compete: Antequera CF and Juventud de Torremolinos. Both teams face an exciting season with the aim of consolidating in the category and, why not, fighting for promotion.

The regular phase will kick off on 30 August 2026 and will run until 23 May 2027, with a total of 38 matchdays. Antequera CF will debut at home, at the El Maulí stadium, facing UD Ibiza. Meanwhile, Juventud de Torremolinos will begin their journey away, visiting Atlético Madrileño at the Alcalá de Henares Sports Centre.

One of the main attractions of the schedule will be the Málaga derby. The first clash between Antequera and Juventud de Torremolinos will take place in matchday 13, on 22 November 2026, at El Maulí. The return match is scheduled for matchday 29, on 21 March 2027, at the El Pozuelo ground, home of Juventud. These encounters promise to be intense, as both teams know each other well from previous seasons.

The schedule also includes notable matches against Nàstic de Tarragona, a team that narrowly avoided relegation last season. Juventud de Torremolinos will face the Tarragona side in matchdays 7 and 28, while Antequera will do so in matchdays 16 and 37 (the penultimate date).

To close the regular phase, Juventud de Torremolinos will host CD Teruel at El Pozuelo, repeating the same opponent that ended Marbella's season last year. Antequera, on the other hand, will visit the Atlético de Madrid B team on the final matchday.

Primera Federación is the third tier of Spanish football, behind LaLiga EA Sports and LaLiga Hypermotion. In the 2025/26 season, both Antequera and Juventud de Torremolinos secured their place without difficulties, and now they seek to take a step forward. Antequera's coach, José Manuel Jiménez, has expressed his confidence in the squad to fight for the top spots. Meanwhile, Juventud de Torremolinos, led by Rafael Roldán, will aim to improve their ranking from the previous season.

Fans can check the full schedule on the RFEF website. Tickets for matches at El Maulí and El Pozuelo will go on sale soon, and a large turnout is expected, especially for the provincial derbies.
