Marbella FC strengthens its attack with the addition of Pito Camacho, a 36-year-old striker arriving from Juventud de Torremolinos, where he scored nine goals last season.

Marbella FC has finalised its fourth signing of the 2026/27 season, the first for the forward position. The club announced on Wednesday the signing of Antonio Jesús Camacho Díaz, known in football as 'Pito Camacho', a veteran striker of 36 years who comes from Juventud de Torremolinos.

The Almerian forward, born in Gádor, has earned a reputation as a goalscorer in the lower divisions of Spanish football. Last season, he was a key player in Juventud de Torremolinos' survival in the third tier, scoring nine goals in 31 matches.

With this signing, Marbella FC aims to enhance the quality of its offensive line for the upcoming season. The team, chaired by Alejandro Grimaldi, is betting on the experience of a player who has proven his goalscoring instinct at multiple clubs.

Pito Camacho developed in the fields of the Third Division and made the leap to Segunda B in the 2015/16 season. Since then, he has worn the shirts of Izarra, Mirandés, and Balompédica Linense, where he recorded good scoring figures.

In recent years, the forward has played for AD Ceuta, UCAM Murcia, Zamora CF, and Juventud de Torremolinos. With the first two clubs, he achieved promotions to 1ª RFEF, which attests to his competitive ability in crucial moments.

The new Marbella FC player defines himself as a mobile striker, hard-working, well-positioned in the area, and with a great goalscoring instinct. His arrival represents an experienced boost for a team looking to establish itself in the league.

With this signing, Marbella FC adds its fourth incorporation after Lanchi, Víctor Mena, and Dani Fernández. Additionally, the club retains players like Tahiru, Tomi, Olguin, and Ohemeng, who continue to be part of the project.

The Marbella fans hope that Pito Camacho will provide the necessary goals to face the 2026/27 season with confidence. The club has not specified the duration of the contract or the financial details of the operation, but it is expected that the striker will join training in the coming days.

Marbella FC continues to work in the transfer market to close a competitive squad. The arrival of Pito Camacho strengthens a forward line that needed a proven goalscoring profile.
