The Costa del Sol Elegance Contest kicks off at Higuerón Marbella Golf Resort with over 250 collectors from Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. The event, led by the Piëch family and with Bugatti as the main partner, runs until October 4.
The second edition of the Costa del Sol Elegance Contest opened its doors this Thursday at Higuerón Marbella Golf Resort with the participation of over 250 collectors from Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. The gathering, which will last until October 4, is led by Cavën and directed by the Piëch family, according to Diario Sur.
The exhibition features historical and cutting-edge pieces divided into categories such as Hypercars (2000-2026), Restomods, Vintage Supercars (1980s and 1990s), Pre War Classics (1900-1939), Post War Classics (1945-1979), and Motorsport. The vehicles compete for the Best of Concours award.
Bugatti returns as the main partner and presents one-off creations at the event, meaning unique units that have not been shown before at a contest of this kind.
The jury consists of 24 international experts, including designers Fabrizio Giugiaro and Carlo Bonzanigo, the president of the Pebble Beach Concours, Vince Finaldi, and specialists from the Petersen Automotive Museum and Ferrari Classiche.
The program combines gastronomy and driving over four days. It includes a private track day at the Circuito Ascari de Ronda and a performance test on the track at Gibraltar Airport, which will be closed for the occasion. The event will conclude with a gala dinner and the award ceremony for the standout pieces.
