The mayor of Marbella, Ángeles Muñoz, held a meeting this Tuesday with representatives of the Association of Entrepreneurs for High-Quality Housing (DOM3) to discuss the concerns of the residential sector and detail the content of the new General Plan for Urban Development (PGOM), which was recently approved.
During the meeting, Muñoz defended the need to maintain direct communication with sectors linked to the city's development and to facilitate their ability to express questions regarding the application of the new regulations.
“It is essential that professionals in the sector are informed firsthand about the new planning and can raise their questions regarding the application of the new regulations,” the mayor stated.
The mayor framed this contact within the process of explaining and disseminating the new planning, which will continue with municipal technicians, professional associations, and the general public. In this regard, she reminded that the document is available on the municipal website and that interested parties also have access to an in-person assistance office to resolve inquiries.
The meeting also served to advance collaboration between the Marbella City Council and the high-quality residential sector, as well as to understand their proposals regarding the new phase opened by the urban planning plan.
