The Manilva Town Hall exhausts negotiations with the cleaning service contractor and refers contract breaches to the courts. An extraordinary plenary session will outline the situation to clarify responsibilities.
The Manilva Town Hall has decided to take the contractor of the municipality's cleaning service to court for breaching the contract. This has been confirmed by the first deputy mayor, Juan Carlos Morejón, and the cleaning councillor, Gema Zotano, who explained that negotiation avenues with the company have been exhausted.
According to both municipal officials, the two parties met last summer to address the situation, but the agreed objectives have not been met. This lack of progress, they indicate from the Town Hall, harms both the image of the municipality and the residents themselves.
The Town Hall will now bring the matter to an upcoming extraordinary plenary session, where the situation regarding the breaches of the contract, now in the hands of the courts, will be presented in order to clarify responsibilities.

The governing team maintains its demand that the contractor comply with each and every point of the contract to ensure the best cleaning service in Manilva. The date of the extraordinary plenary session has yet to be confirmed.
