The Town Hall of Manilva is receiving applications for profitable installations along the coastline from October 5 to November 15. Generally, it does not foresee adding new installations to those already existing, especially in the central area of Sabinillas beach.
Holders of previous licenses along the coastline of Manilva can now submit their applications for profitable installations for the Municipal Beach Plan 2027. The application period is open from October 5 to November 15, according to the Beach Delegation, led by Gema Zotano.
Each application must detail the installations, the type and number of elements, the area of occupation in square meters, and the time period for which each installation is requested. Submission is done through the official registration channels of the Town Hall within the established period.
The council warns that submitting an application does not equate to obtaining authorization nor guarantees that the installation will be included in the future plan. The decision is subject to technical assessment, the organization proposed by the Town Hall, and the corresponding authorizations.
Considering the current level of occupancy of the municipality's beaches and the need to preserve sufficient public and freely enjoyed space, especially in areas with a higher concentration of installations, such as the central area of Sabinillas beach, it is generally not anticipated that new installations will be added to those already existing, unless deemed technically appropriate.
The highest concentration of installations is found in the central area of Sabinillas beach, the point where the Town Hall focuses on maintaining public use space.
