In the area of Punta Almina, work has been carried out on the pavement and sidewalks, which were showing significant deterioration. The intervention has renewed the appearance of this space.

The Courthouse of Manilva will have a new room designated for archives. This expansion will help to alleviate congestion in the facilities and expedite the work of the courthouse and civil registry staff.
At the Municipal School of Music, Dance and Theatre, painting and refurbishment works are being carried out ahead of the imminent start of the 2026/27 academic year. The goal is for users and teaching staff to find the building in good condition.
