According to AEMET, the day will start with few clouds that will completely dissipate by mid-morning, leaving a clear sky. Minimum temperatures will remain around 21 degrees, while the wind will be light from the southwest.
Friday and weekend: relentless heat
On Friday, the heat will continue, with maximums of 35 degrees and minimums of 19. The sky will remain cloudless and the wind will still be from the southwest. The weekend will bring a slight respite: on Saturday, maximums will drop to 33 degrees and minimums to 20, with few clouds. Sunday will see similar values, with light winds from the south.
For the residents of Estepona, this means it's time to stay well hydrated and avoid the central hours of the day. The yellow alert indicates a moderate risk for outdoor activities, especially for the elderly and children.
Recommendations for the heat
