Our Lady of Grace, from the Brotherhood of Rescue, will be transferred this Wednesday to the Sanctuary of La Victoria, where she will preside over the annual triduum. The return to the brotherhood house will be on Saturday at 9 PM.
The Our Lady of Grace, titular of the Brotherhood of Rescue, will leave this Wednesday at 7 PM from the brotherhood house on Agua Street, to be taken to the Sanctuary of La Victoria, where she will preside over her annual services. The information, reported by Diario Sur, details that the procession will include the musical chapel Nuestra Señora de la Concepción.
The outbound route will go along Victoria Street heading north to the parish of San Lázaro, in the Plaza de la Victoria; from there, the procession will take Amargura Street to Alfonso XII Square, continue along Fernando el Católico, and ascend the ramp of the basilica of the Patroness of Málaga.
The following day, Thursday, October 1, the first exercise of the triduum in honour of Our Lady of Grace will be held, extending until Saturday. The services will begin at 7:30 PM with a holy mass officiated by the new parish priest and rector of the sanctuary, José López Solórzano, who is also the canon administrator of the Cathedral.
On Saturday, after the last exercise of the triduum at 9 PM, the Dolorosa of the Brotherhood of Rescue will begin her return to the brotherhood house accompanied by the Virgen del Rocío music band. The procession will take the short route through the Plaza del Santuario, Compás de la Victoria, Plaza de la Victoria, and Victoria Street, entering the brotherhood's headquarters around 10:30 PM.
