This measure comes after an audio was circulated in which the teacher goes through the list of her pupils and refers to almost all of them in a derogatory manner, according to Diario Sur.
The recording, lasting one minute and 56 seconds, was shared via TikTok illustrated with a meme, a tongue-sticking apple, and has gone viral on WhatsApp. In it, the 28 students in the class are mentioned, many by name, and the teacher makes value judgments about their behaviour, mostly negative, using expressions such as "pain in the arse", "disgusting git" and "idiot". In one of the phrases, a disorder attributed to a student is also referenced.
The conversation took place before the start of school activities and was recorded without the protagonist's knowledge and consent, apparently in a private and family setting. There are two versions regarding who turned on the recorder: either the educator's daughter or a friend of hers.

Sources from the Delegation confirm that instructions have already been given to the Educational Inspection service to initiate the corresponding procedures to determine whether the conduct could "represent any disciplinary responsibility", without prejudice to the Administration eventually becoming aware of any complaint filed against the teacher.
Among the educational community in the municipality, where the incident has caused astonishment, reactions mix indignation over the expressions directed at the students with discontent over the dissemination of a recording made without consent in a private setting. It is lamented that the events have tarnished coexistence in the centre, and the possibility has been raised that both the teacher and the parents of the students may take legal action.
The Civil Guard, to whose jurisdiction the population belongs, has no record of any complaint being filed, according to the Command. Sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia indicate that so far the courts are also unaware of any measures of this type.
