The Nerja Department of Major Festivals has set October 5 and 6 for the collection of tickets for the tribute lunch for seniors at the 2026 Fair, in the Sala Mercado from 10:00 to 14:00.
Seniors from Nerja who wish to participate in the traditional tribute lunch of the Nerja Fair 2026 now have dates to collect their invitation. The Department of Major Festivals has set October 5 and 6 for the distribution of tickets, which will take place in the Sala Mercado from 10:00 to 14:00.
The only requirement to collect the ticket is to present the Seniors Card at the time of collection. This has been indicated by the Councillor for Major Festivals, Elena Gálvez, who has asked those interested to come within the established days and hours to facilitate the organisation of the event.
“These lunches are one of the most cherished events of our Fair and an opportunity to share a day of coexistence and celebration with our seniors, recognising the fundamental role they play in the life of our town,” Gálvez has stated.
This event is part of the programme for the Nerja Fair 2026, which includes this tribute to the elderly residents of the municipality. The Department of Seniors reminds that ticket collection will only take place on the specified dates and times, with no alternative period announced so far.
