Raquel Archidona and Daniela Esteve Archidona have been crowned scratch winners of the second edition of the Mas La Boella Tournament, held at Golf Costa Daurada, with 37 points.

Raquel Archidona and Daniela Esteve Archidona claimed the scratch victory in the second edition of the Mas La Boella Tournament, contested at the Golf Costa Daurada course. The pair achieved 37 points in the fourball stableford format, surpassing the team of David González and Carlos García, who finished second.

A Charitable Tournament with Record Fundraising

The event, organised by Mas La Boella, had a strong charitable focus. Nearly €4,000 was raised, which has been entirely donated to the PortAventura Dreams Village project, an initiative that offers stays to families with children suffering from serious illnesses.

The director of Mas La Boella, Marc Delblanch, presented the cheque to Josep Andreu, president of the Port Aventura Foundation, during the closing ceremony. The organisation highlighted the involvement of the 88 participants, who made it possible to exceed last year's fundraising total.

Classification and Development of the Day

In the handicap category, the victory went to Carlos Valero and David Viñas, who posted an impressive scorecard of 47 points. They were followed by Antonio Priego and José Antonio Moya with 46 points. The tournament was played in the pairs fourball stableford format, which allows the best result of each player per hole to be added together.

The participants enjoyed refreshments at hole 9 with select products, and after the competition, the La Boella restaurant hosted an exclusive lunch, the awards ceremony, and a gift raffle. The day unfolded in a festive and sporting atmosphere, with a course in perfect condition.

For golf enthusiasts on the Costa Daurada, this tournament has become an unmissable summer event. The organisation is already working on the third edition, aiming to maintain the sporting and charitable level.

The success of this edition confirms the consolidation of the Mas La Boella Tournament in the Catalan golf calendar. The club expressed gratitude for the trust of sponsors, collaborators, and participants, who are essential in promoting an event that has already become part of the season's highlights.
