The Town Hall of Marbella is looking for ten draftsmen, Archidona for administration technicians, and the Provincial Water Consortium for four professionals. The deadlines expire between July 20 and July 22.

The week of July 20 to 26 sees the closure of several public job calls in the province of Málaga. Among the most notable are ten draftsman positions at the Town Hall of Marbella, four positions at the Provincial Water Consortium, and job pools for administration technicians in Archidona.

The deadline to apply for the draftsman positions in Marbella expires on Monday, July 20, at 23:59 hours. The bases were published in the Official Bulletin of the Province (BOP) of Málaga on June 12. Interested parties must submit their application preferably via electronic registration, although they can also do so at post offices or at registration assistance offices, according to Law 39/2015.

On the same day, the deadline for registering in the job pools for administration technicians in the municipalities of La Rinconada and Archidona also ends. Archidona, in the Antequera region, seeks to cover future needs for administrative staff. The call is open to both university graduates and those who can prove experience in the area.

Wednesday, July 22, is the deadline for the four positions at the Provincial Water Consortium of Málaga. A general manager and three support officers are needed. The bases were published in the BOP of Málaga on June 16. The Consortium manages the integral water cycle in several Málaga municipalities, making these positions key for maintaining the service.

Additionally, until July 20, there are also grants of up to 12,000 euros available for hiring unemployed individuals in the province of Málaga. This line of subsidies, managed by the Diputación, aims to promote job insertion in local companies. Details can be found on the Andalucía Orienta website.

Candidates must carefully review the bases of each call, as requirements vary: specific qualifications, prior experience, or selection tests. In all cases, electronic submission is the recommended route to expedite the procedures.

For those seeking an opportunity in local administration, these offers represent a stable entry point. The Town Hall of Marbella, for example, is strengthening its technical department with draftsmen, while Archidona is expanding its pool of administrative staff in anticipation of future retirements or replacements.

The Provincial Water Consortium, for its part, needs qualified personnel to maintain the supply and sanitation network in the province. Support officers will carry out maintenance tasks, and general managers will coordinate work teams.

The Diputación of Málaga reminds that the hiring grants for unemployed individuals are aimed at companies and self-employed workers who formalise indefinite or temporary contracts of at least six months. The subsidy can reach 12,000 euros per contract, which is a significant incentive for the productive fabric of Málaga.

Those interested in any of these offers must prepare the required documentation: ID, academic degrees, work history, and, if applicable, claimed merits. The lack of a document may lead to exclusion from the process, so it is advisable to review the checklists included in the bases.

The deadline for submitting applications for the positions in Marbella, Archidona, and the Water Consortium concludes this week, but other calls remain open. Official bulletins and public job portals are the most reliable sources to stay updated.
