Athletic Club and Spanish national team footballer, Nico Williams, has acquired a luxurious home in the Sierra Blanca urbanisation of Marbella, in the Golden Mile, decorated by Fendi Casa.

The Athletic Club winger and world champion with Spain, Nico Williams, has invested in a new property on the Costa del Sol. This is a mansion located in the exclusive Sierra Blanca urbanisation in Marbella, one of the most sought-after areas of the Malaga municipality.

The property sits on a plot of 9,000 square metres, on the slopes of the La Concha mountain, very close to Puerto Banús. The estate stands out for its high level of security, with controlled access 24 hours a day and large plots that ensure the privacy of its residents, away from prying eyes.

Nico Williams' new home is part of the luxury residential complex EPIC Marbella by Fendi, developed in collaboration with Fendi Casa, the high-end furniture and decoration line of the Italian brand. The urbanisation is located 800 metres from the Mediterranean Sea and features a social club, a 25-metre indoor pool, coworking space, and a gastrobar.

Although the exact price of the acquisition has not been disclosed, sources in the real estate sector estimate that a similar property in that area is around 4 million euros. The mansion is situated in the well-known Golden Mile of Marbella, an area that concentrates some of the most luxurious homes in Spain.

Interestingly, Williams' new residence is very close to the mansion that Norwegian striker Erling Haaland acquired in 2022 on the Costa del Sol, where he often spends summers disconnecting and playing golf. The area has been dubbed the 'Beverly Hills of Marbella'.

Additionally, the property is near Villa Bellagio, considered the most expensive house in Spain, valued at 70 million euros. This residence, designed by architect Jesús del Valle, boasts nearly 6,000 square metres built on a 14,000 square metre plot and was awarded the Macael Prize 2022 by the Kings of Spain.

Nico Williams' choice of Marbella is not a coincidence. The Costa del Sol has established itself as a preferred destination for elite athletes and celebrities seeking sun, beach, and exclusivity. The Sierra Blanca urbanisation, in particular, offers a safe and discreet environment, ideal for those wishing to escape the media spotlight.

The 22-year-old footballer has had an exceptional year after being crowned world champion with the Spanish national team and establishing himself as a key player for Athletic Club. His real estate investment in Marbella reflects his professional projection and taste for luxury.

The mansion, decorated by Fendi Casa, combines Italian design with Mediterranean elegance. The EPIC Marbella by Fendi complex is known for its high-end finishes and exclusive services, including private security, tropical gardens, and panoramic sea views.

For the residents of Marbella, the arrival of Nico Williams represents a new attraction in an area that already boasts illustrious residents. The presence of figures from sports and entertainment helps maintain the prestige of the Golden Mile as one of the most exclusive residential enclaves in Europe.

It is expected that the footballer will enjoy his new property during breaks, although it has not yet been confirmed whether he plans to settle permanently on the Costa del Sol. What is clear is that Marbella adds a new luxury neighbour to its select community.
