The restaurant Frou Frou, in Playas del Duque, offers a menu that fuses Mediterranean tradition with international influences, featuring dishes such as octopus carpaccio, spider crab paella, and lamb tajine.
The restaurant Frou Frou has opened its doors in Playas del Duque, next to Puerto Banús, with a gastronomic proposal that traverses the French Riviera, the Amalfi Coast, and the Greek islands. Under the signature of chef Sergey Yurchyshyn, the establishment offers a menu that combines Mediterranean tradition with international nods.
Among the standout dishes are octopus carpaccio with bottarga, Iberian ham croquettes, spider crab paella, lamb tajine, and grilled fish and meats. The concept of the venue revolves around the ‘fish market display’, where diners choose the fish or seafood of the day — such as red prawn, carabinero, sea bream, sea bass, or turbot — and its preparation, ranging from grilling to raw dishes.
Additionally, the restaurant features a ‘raw bar’ offering Fine de Claire oysters, carpaccios, and tartares. Service hours are from 19:00 to 00:00 every day.
“Inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle, Frou Frou presents gastronomy as an experience that goes beyond the plate: sharing, celebrating, and letting oneself be carried away by a more sensory and freer rhythm,” states the restaurant management, which belongs to the Bulldozer group, based in Dubai with over 20 years of experience in the sector.
The Mediterranean spirit is complemented by Ciao Bella, a proposal for special nights inspired by Italian evenings, featuring live music from the band Three of a Kind and a DJ booth. “Live performances will set the rhythm of the night and an iconic moment dedicated to the limoncello show, creating a festive atmosphere that accompanies dinner without breaking its essence,” adds the management.
Frou Frou presents itself as a meeting point where summer is lived with intensity and pleasure, transforming the nights of Puerto Banús into shared experiences of gastronomy, ambiance, and small rituals. The Bulldozer group, which manages the venue, has over 20 projects underway in different countries around the world.
The opening of Frou Frou reinforces the luxury gastronomic offer in the Puerto Banús area, one of the most sought-after tourist enclaves in southern Europe, and bets on contemporary Mediterranean cuisine based on product quality, freshness, and shared enjoyment.
The restaurant is located in Playas del Duque, Marbella, and opens every day from 19:00 to 00:00. Reservations are recommended in advance due to the expected high demand during the summer season.
