The AIDA by Bentley Home project, located in the Golden Mile of Marbella, has received its building permit after marketing 75% of its eight exclusive residences. The development, by RGZ Developers, merges Bentley Home's design with cutting-edge architecture.

The ultra-luxury residential complex AIDA by Bentley Home, promoted by RGZ Developers, has obtained its building permit in Marbella, a milestone that comes after 75% of its eight units were already committed in pre-sale. The promotion, located in the Golden Mile, is presented as a boutique collection that fuses the timeless elegance of Bentley Home with the avant-garde architecture of the RGZ Developers Group.

The project, known as AIDA by Bentley Home, offers two residential typologies: the Skyline Penthouses, featuring panoramic views, a solarium, and a private pool, and the Duplex Groundfloor, which include a garden, pool, and private wellness area. Each of the eight residences has been designed to maximize light and views of the Mediterranean, with finishes signed by Bentley Home.

Buyers have optional access to the Puente Romano Owner’s Club, which provides exclusive benefits such as a spa, beach clubs, and premium services. This connection to one of the most luxurious enclaves in Marbella enhances the project's appeal among international investors.

Marbella is consolidating itself as a structurally solid real estate market, with high international demand and limited supply. The Golden Mile, in particular, is one of the most coveted locations in Europe, with prices exceeding 10,000 euros per square meter in some areas. AIDA by Bentley Home adds to a portfolio of projects by RGZ Developers that includes other branded residences such as Design By Versace Home Ocho de Oro and Villa Carolina By Consentino, both also in Marbella.

The RGZ Developers group, with over 15 years of experience and international presence, has developed a portfolio where architecture, design, and lifestyle converge. Projects like The Collection Camoján and Nikki Living in Marbella, or Banyan Tree Residences in Mykonos, showcase their ability to create residential assets with a unique identity.

Obtaining the building permit marks a definitive step towards making AIDA by Bentley Home a reality. Construction will begin in the coming weeks, with delivery expected in 2027. With 75% of the units already sold, the project demonstrates the strength of the luxury market on the Costa del Sol, attracting high-net-worth buyers from around the world.

“This project is not just an investment opportunity; it is a manifesto of how design and exclusivity can integrate into the Mediterranean lifestyle,” say RGZ Developers.
