The Vendimia festival, declared of tourist interest, marked the end of the summer programme in Manilva. The procession of the Virgen de los Dolores and the grape offering highlighted the event.
The Vendimia festival provided a grand finale to the summer calendar of Manilva, which has hosted fairs and activities organised by the Delegations of Fiestas and Culture over the past months. Hundreds of people participated in a day that, as every year, included the procession of the Virgen de los Dolores and the traditional grape offering.
On Sunday, calle Mar and plaza de la Vendimia became the stage for this celebration, recognised as a festival of tourist interest by the Provincial Council of Málaga. The festive atmosphere brought together locals and visitors around an event that marks the end of a summer filled with activities in the municipality.
