The Tourism Delegation of Manilva reports an increase in tourist accommodation occupancy in July and August 2026, with average prices stable around €55. Employment in the sector grows by 4.24% in the second quarter.

The Tourism Delegation of the Manilva Town Hall, led by Agustín Vargas, has analysed the main tourism indicators for the summer of 2026 and concludes that the evolution has been positive in terms of occupancy and employment.

In tourist accommodations, occupancy in July reached 72.40%, 3.5 points higher than the same month in 2025, with an average price of €55.25. In August, the percentage rose to 82.30%, 0.7 points higher than the previous year, and the average price stood at €55.17.

Employment in the sector also increased: the second quarter of 2026 recorded a rise of 4.24% compared to the same period in 2025, according to data managed by the Tourism Delegation.
