The Plaza de la Mezquita will host Oktober Fest Benalmádena 2026 from Friday, October 9 to Monday, October 12, organised by Beermanny and the Plaza Merchants Association with municipal collaboration. There will be beer, German cuisine, and live music.

The Plaza de la Mezquita in Arroyo de la Miel will bring together the Oktober Fest Benalmádena 2026 from Friday 9 to Monday 12 October, an event organised by Beermanny and the Plaza de la Mezquita Merchants Association with the collaboration of the Benalmádena Town Hall.

The official opening will be on Friday 9 at 20:00 hours with the tapping of a CASK barrel. The beer from this first barrel will be offered for free until stocks run out. At 21:00 hours, music will begin with BenalRock, until 23:00.

The beer selection includes national and international brands, including Paulaner and Erdinger. The cuisine will be inspired by German specialties, featuring Frankfurt sausages and pork knuckle, as well as street food.

On Saturday 10, Dúo Dos Lunas will perform from 16:00 to 20:00 and Red Bones from 21:00 to 23:00. On Sunday 11, it will be the turn of Los Migrantes from 16:00 to 18:00 and Dr. No from 21:00 to 23:00. On Monday 12, the final day, Álvaro Rock will play from 15:00 to 17:00 and Retroactivos, with a tribute to Estopa, will close from 20:00 to 22:00.

The Councillor for Commerce, Raúl Campos, has stated that the event aims to energise the area during the October bank holiday:

“We want a lively Plaza de la Mezquita, with activity and capable of attracting the public. For four days, we will have a new opportunity for residents and visitors to enjoy Arroyo de la Miel and, at the same time, get to know and support the local businesses.”

Campos presented the initiative alongside the president of the Plaza de la Mezquita Merchants Association, David Ruiz.

The councillor has invited “residents and visitors to come to the Plaza de la Mezquita during these four days, enjoy the programme, and take the opportunity to continue supporting our local commerce and hospitality.”

The Oktober Fest will take place in the Plaza de la Mezquita in Arroyo de la Miel from October 9 to 12, with free entry and activities for all audiences.
