This Sunday, July 26, Málaga capital will experience a summer day without precipitation, with temperatures between 22 and 30 degrees and clear skies.

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts a completely sunny day for Málaga capital on Sunday, July 26, with no chance of rain and temperatures ranging from a minimum of 22 degrees to a maximum of 30. Cloud cover will be at 0%, so the sun will shine throughout the day.

These conditions are typical of Málaga's summer, where precipitation is scarce and heat is the dominant feature. However, the perceived temperature can be affected by the ambient humidity, which in the capital is usually high due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea.

For those planning to go out, whether for a walk or to work, there will be no need to carry an umbrella. It is recommended, however, to protect oneself from the sun during the hottest hours of the day and to stay hydrated.

The climate of Málaga is characterized by an average annual temperature of 18.5 degrees, with mild winters where frosts are practically non-existent and hot summers that can reach 30.8 degrees. A local phenomenon is the 'terral', a dry wind that can push temperatures up to 44 degrees, although it is not expected to occur this Sunday.

Rainfall is concentrated over a few days each year, averaging 42, mainly between November and January, when it falls torrentially. The rest of the year is dominated by stable and sunny weather.

According to data from Weather Spark, the best time to visit Málaga is from early May to late July and from early September to mid-October, with mild temperatures ranging from 18 to 27 degrees. This Sunday falls within that optimal period.

For residents, the day will be ideal for outdoor activities, such as going to the capital's beaches or enjoying the terraces. However, caution is advised with the high temperatures and to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun between 12:00 and 17:00 hours.

In the rest of the province, the weather will be similar, with clear skies and maximum temperatures that could slightly exceed 30 degrees in inland areas, such as the Guadalhorce Valley or the Serranía de Ronda. On the Costa del Sol, temperatures will remain pleasant thanks to the sea breeze.

The weather forecast is especially useful for those planning road trips or outdoor activities. It is expected that the day will pass without any significant weather incidents.
