Bisturí Solidario will hold an afternoon event on September 25 at El Balneario de Málaga-Los Baños del Carmen to fund its upcoming surgical campaign in Zimbabwe. The ticket will cost 30 euros and will include snacks and two drinks.
The Málaga surgeon César Ramírez is finalising preparations for a new surgical campaign by his foundation, Bisturí Solidario, in Zimbabwe. To cover the expenses, the organisation will celebrate the next 25th of September a new edition of the 'Tardeo para África' at El Balneario de Málaga-Los Baños del Carmen, as reported by Diario Sur.
The event will combine music, leisure, gastronomy, and solidarity in one of the most emblematic spaces of the capital, aiming for attendees to enjoy by the sea while contributing funds for the cause. The proceeds will go towards equipping the operating rooms of the Queen of Peace Murambinda Mission Hospital in Zimbabwe, where Ramírez and his team will operate in October.
Music will be provided by the group Alejados and DJ Jorge Conde. The entry fee of 30 euros will include snacks and two drinks (wine, beer, or soft drink). Those unable to attend can contribute through a Fila 0 set up by the foundation.
The hospital, founded in 1968 by the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, serves a population with limited healthcare resources. The campaign, scheduled for late October, will take place alongside local professionals and aims to improve the hospital's care capacity.
